How Does Loose Ends Fit?
The majority of our clothing is oversized, however we have tailored our range to fit to size but also a single size up if you prefer a slightly baggy fit. Any issues or problems with sizing can be dealt with through our service team.

How long will my order take to deliver?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. However, if you would like next day delivery there is also an option for that at an additional cost

Can I cancel or Change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.

How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.

What do I do if my order is damaged?
We would be so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right.
